How is the cross base cloth constructed?

1. Composite cross base cloth: The wall surface should be hard, without oil stains, sand, peeling, hemp surface, cracks, etc., and the base layer should be flat. Overall, dry, firm, not dirty, etc. Buy fluorocarbon paint exterior wall putty, add water directly without additives, and make it thin. Scrape once, roll in water after 7-8 hours, scrape again, roll again in water after 7-8 hours, dry and polish.

2. High-strength black cement, mixed with 801 glue, no additives, directly mixed with water, thinly scraped twice, dried and polished.

3. Waterproof putty for exterior walls, fully scraped. Fully scraped to increase surface strength, which is conducive to bonding. If it has been painted on the wall, the texture is soft, and it is directly pasted, which is easy to arch and fall off.

4. Naturally air-dry or heat the whole wall quickly to increase the moisture content of the whole wall.

5. The yin and yang corners of the wall to be constructed should be straight, and the uneven corners will bring some difficulties to the laying. Before laying the composite cross base fabric, for the uneven corners, please deal with the inner corners, and the uneven inner corners should be filled and corrected with hard triangle strips. After laying, it is recommended to install crash barriers at the outside corners. The corners are reinforced to enhance the overall aesthetics. 

6. Construction requirements of composite cross base fabric: The ceiling project has been completed, including the wiring of fire protection, lighting and computer and telephone lines through the wall. Before entering the construction, the site should be cleaned up, and other types of work should be evacuated from the site. The indoor temperature and wall temperature should be 15°C ~ 30°C, construction should not be performed below 15°C or above 30°C, and the relative air humidity should be maintained at 55-75%.
